Autumn Trips Are About Timing. Shared Beach Plans Should Be Too.

A beach plan should make sense to the friend opening the link, too.

In a September 3 update, MoneyWeek looked at the best times for an autumn holiday, drawing on Expedia’s travel outlook. It is a timely reminder of how much trip planning comes down to choosing when to go.

For Bora Praia, I’ve been thinking about a smaller version of that question: once you’ve picked a beach outing, can the person you send it to understand the timing immediately?

The same plan, a more familiar view

Previously, shared plan pages used a generic card layout. The departure time and beach window were there, but separated from the coastal Today experience that made the plan easy to recognize inside Bora Praia. Sharing meant asking someone else to piece the outing together again.

Now each account-free shared link uses Today’s coastal composition. Perfect Timing, the time to leave, and the beach window appear together in the circular dial, with layouts that work across phones and tablets.

If you already use Bora Praia, the shared page feels familiar. If a friend has just sent you your first link, you can see when to set off and when the beach visit fits into the day, without creating an account to read the plan.

Keep the context when you make it yours

The next step matters just as much. Recipients can continue into their own plan with the existing beach, activity, and stay duration carried forward. They don’t have to reconstruct the outing before making it their own.

This is a small visual update with a practical purpose: fewer follow-up messages asking what time to leave or how long the visit is meant to last. The shared page should do that explaining at a glance.
