One Huawei Question During Montréal’s Big Métro Week

Someone asked how to install MTL Exits on a Huawei phone. Taking that extra step to reach me was a lovely signal—and a reason to share our theme.

Someone contacted me to ask how to install MTL Exits on a Huawei phone. That small question made my day.

Montréal just spent a week finding its way around the road cycling championships; McGill recommended the métro, REM, and walking for downtown travel. Amid all those journeys, one person wanted to take my little métro app along on a phone where finding it was not straightforward.

I don’t know whether they managed to install it. But they took the time to ask me. When someone is willing to cross that extra step for a product you made, it feels like a good sign: they see enough value in it to try.
